Ghanem reported issuing deeds for its first tokenized fractional property opportunity. Read the source and understand how this differs from Muder usufruct rights.

In March 2026, Ghanem reported issuing deeds for its first investment opportunity through real estate tokenization within its fractional ownership trial. The original Ghanem announcement provides the company’s account and the related image. Investors should still review each opportunity’s documents to see exactly which right is registered in their name.
The announcement matters because it describes an operational step beyond explaining the fractional ownership concept: documenting interests in a specific opportunity. It does not mean every real estate product uses the same registration structure.
Muder is operated by Ghanem First Information Technology, but its opportunities must be understood through their own usufruct documents. A usufruct right differs from ownership of a share in a property deed. Before participating, check the right, its duration, fees, income distributions and exit conditions. See the Ghanem milestone overview for context.
